This service is geared towards parents with children of all ages. Services are tailored to the individual needs of the parents. To include budgeting, maintaining a functional household, maintaining organizational skills, appointment setting, education to understand children's developmental stages, age-appropriate discipline, and monitoring parent & child interaction.
This service is geared towards stabilizing the family unit. Families will be linked to appropriate resources in the community. To include one-on-one support and engage with the family as a functioning unit. Working with the family unit to maintain the children in the home and provide crisis intervention.
This service provides individualized support to parents in an effort to regain care and custody of their children. Assistance will be provided to parents to make sure they meet the requirements set forth by the Department of Human Services and/or court. Transportation is provided to ensure the parent can get to all appointments for recommended services.
